Who would of thought that achieving the perfect brow would mean laminating your brows. You've probably seen by now the hype around brow lamination, but what actually is it?
What is brow lamination?
Brow lamination is slightly different to a perm for your brows. It gives your brows a set, uniform shape for an extended period of time however, instead of curls, the solution helps your brow hairs to stay brushed up and lifted for up to 6 weeks.
What is the process?
There are two parts to the treatment; brow lift cream (keratin) and neutralising cream. The keratin component allows your technician to manipulate into the new direction of hair growth and the latter sets your brows in place.
What is the aftercare?
For the first 24hours you must avoid getting your brows wet (this includes showers, exercise and saunas). After this period you are free to wet your face and use products!
How much does it cost?
Brow lamination treatment is $50-$70 in most salons.
How do I maintain the wet gloss look?
Using a brow gel or your fave multipurpose ointment such as Breeze Balm Perfect Pout and running it through your brows with a spooly will help you achieve the wet gloss look all of IG!
